Our holidays combine yoga or Tai-Chi twice a day with light walking, visiting the famous white Moorish villages in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the beautiful beaches on the sub-tropical coast.

Spain Yoga Holidays are not retreats: good food, meet new people and switch off from your daily routine. We focus in giving people who practice regularly and those discovering more self awareness through Yoga, confidence and purpose in their practice as well as giving them a fulfilling holiday.

Tai-Chi practice will realign your body through the coordination of breath and movement. We will try to show you how to read your body posture, so you can change your habits to improve your general health and increase your mobility.

Yoga holiday dates

Spain yoga and tai chi holidays are normally run from early spring to October. Our teachers have the experience to bring groups together and help people at all levels. Additional support is always on hand from our therapy team who run Spain yoga, complementary health therapies are available giving thought to your emotional and physical well being.
