Our arrival at Malaga was delayed but the drivers were there for us, which was great! The organisation was smooth and fine, no complaints on that aspect! We really enjoyed the lunch at Orgiva and the one on the beach.

Malcolm and everyone involved, the scenery of the hotel, the lovely weather and everything made the holiday week be great. Thank you to all!

The organization was excellent, coped with last minute changes of plan and the flexibility of two vehicles for us was a bonus. The two steady drivers on the wiggly roads were much appreciated!

The hotel was comfortable and at a great location, staff were very friendly. The pool, gardens and being out of town added a good quality value to our holidays.

And Jenny; thanks for your talent of teaching different abilities to the satisfaction of all, and for being both teacher and one of the gang!

We were having a holiday in the area, and booked for this weekend of Tai-Chi with Steve. The practice wasn’t what we expected and it’s very difficult to define. All that we can say, it was the highlight of our holiday. Thank you to all on the group!

It’s impressive how much there is to learn in just a few simple movements, how little we really know about our body and how to maintain it healthy. Just by a correct posture and using breath to move without effort you can feel totally different.

Great weekend with Steve and his Tai-Chi course. It felt like diving in a parallel universe where time went fast and deeply intense at the same time, where we had to be sensitive to our body’s movements and requests. We have so much potential we don’t know about!

Doing Tai-chi bare-footed every morning and afternoon in the garden and in the mountains gave me a feeling like connecting and recharging my batteries. A friend told me about Spain yoga and how beautiful the area was, I desperately needed a break but could not get on a yoga holiday.

I didn’t expect to get much from the tai chi, as it is something I new very little about. The week was so much more then I expected and the joy of those short walks in the mountains,”what a space”, they can be quite scary when you have been cocooned in a city for most of your life.

By the Tuesday I was a bit of a heap, as I realized all the tress I had been under in my work came to the fore. I had a treatment with Malcolm he seemed to put me back together giving me an energy I have not had for a long time. The tai chi really gave me a sense of purpose, but I really enjoyed getting to know new people and sharing this lovely experience with them.

“I can only say that it has been one of those types of holidays you remember and automatically smile.”

“We only realized how much we needed to reconnect, not only with ourselves but as a couple after the first day. Steve was brilliant at bringing the group together as well as helping the individual the week is so much more then Tai-chi, we were looked after and valued as whole beings. In the end I felt all the group had been given a sense of purpose and tools to cope with our day to day lives. We now have something we can share and must keep it up now we are back in the grind.

The running of the week and backup Malcolm gave was superb and his massage is something else. Thank you everyone we will be back.

I had only been practicing yoga for 10 months and due to my age wondered if it would be to much for me to take on board, but Jenny was brilliant and with the group I felt we were getting a tour from close family or friends. The excursions were varied and wonderful. I loved Granada, what an interesting mixture of Moorish and Christian history it has! — particularly the meal out in the old town of El Albaizin.” Thank you All

“I found this holiday very fulfilling in a sense that included body and soul. Plus it all went smooth and easy going while we were taken out walking in the mountains, to the sea and to the exotic Granada city. I can repeat the experience with my eyes closed.”
