Doing Tai-chi bare-footed every morning and afternoon in the garden and in the mountains gave me a feeling like connecting and recharging my batteries. A friend told me about Spain yoga and how beautiful the area was, I desperately needed a break but could not get on a yoga holiday.
I didn’t expect to get much from the tai chi, as it is something I new very little about. The week was so much more then I expected and the joy of those short walks in the mountains,”what a space”, they can be quite scary when you have been cocooned in a city for most of your life.
By the Tuesday I was a bit of a heap, as I realized all the tress I had been under in my work came to the fore. I had a treatment with Malcolm he seemed to put me back together giving me an energy I have not had for a long time. The tai chi really gave me a sense of purpose, but I really enjoyed getting to know new people and sharing this lovely experience with them.
“I can only say that it has been one of those types of holidays you remember and automatically smile.”
