How to Book a Yoga or Tai-Chi Holiday

FAQ

How do I book my holidays?
Please send us an email checking availability on the dates and type of holiday you are interested in. We will reply answering about the dates and any other questions you may have asked. You will then need to confirm your booking. When you have done this we will send you details of our bank account for you to pay your deposit which will secure your booking. The deposit will be 30% of the total price of the holiday.

If you have paid the deposit and you are not able to come, you must inform us with at least six weeks before your holiday date, to have it refunded. If, for any reason, you cancel your booking after this period we can only refund if we can fill your place.

The balance of your holiday should be paid in full one month – 4 weeks – before the due date. If for any reason Spain Yoga have to cancel a holiday or workshop your deposit will be fully refunded.

How will the transport work? Do I have to organize anything else about my holiday?
We will need to know your flight number and expected time of arrival. What we try to do is coordinate the group members to arrive at Malaga airport between 10:30 am to 3 pm. We normally have two vehicles for the pick-up at the airport, so people arriving earlier will be collected together and set off for Orgiva in one of the vehicles. The later arrivals will go in the second vehicle; the journey from Malaga to Orgiva is just under two hours.

From Malaga you will be driven east along the spectacular coastal road to Salobreña then inland to Las Alpujarras and to the Hotel, which is one kilometer from the town of Orgiva.
On arrival you will be settled into your room, giving you time to relax and freshen up. We will all meet around 7.30, to get to know each other more formally and talk about the week ahead. Any questions you may have we will answer at this time. We will then all sit together to enjoy an evening meal.

About sharing room, how will the rooms be organized?
The accommodation in the hotel are twin bedded rooms, we can only accommodate a few single rooms, the availability will depend on the week and the hotel. Single rooms are allotted on a first come basis. We do try to match people together and we have found you make new friends and integrate better into the group experience.
